The Act States
POSH Act 2013 (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) Prevention, Prohibition & Redressal. It applies to the whole of India.
It is a Mandatory Law and applies to all Establishments irrespective of:
1. Number of Employees.
2. Gender of Employees.
3.Industry.
4. Place of Operation within the country.
5. Legal Status of the Establishment.
Third-time Non-Compliance will result in cancellation of all Business Licenses.
